Club Heroes Golf Scramble

 

The Entry Fee and Fundraising

Each team of four pays a $300 entry fee and selects a captain to  lead their efforts.

Every team also agrees to raise a minimum of $500 to support Club programming in Ellettsville. Club staff will help each team set-up a fundraising web page here on Fundly to easily meet this goal! Prizes will be awarded for the five most successful fundraising teams!

Participate:

  • JOIN an existing team
  • START a team. Want to start a team? Are you the Team Captain? Great! Contact Leslie Abshier (812-332-5311 ext: 213) and let her know your Team Name and she will get you set-up to start adding members to your team right away to begin fundraising!

Can’t participate, but still want to support the golfers and the Club?

  • DONATE to a team or a golfer
  • SPONSOR a hole or to donate prizes

 

Competition and Prizes

Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three teams – $600 for 1st Place, $400 for 2nd Place, and $300 for 3rd Place. Additional contests on every hole for more chances to win. Prizes and recognition for the five teams that raise the most money.

 

Format/Registration/Food

Teams will play a best ball scramble. Registration from noon to 12:45pm (box lunches available during this time). Dinner will be provided after golf during the awarding of the prizes.
